Aerial Flow Yoga is anew exciting type of yoga which is performed on a suspended swing hanging from the ceiling. The use of the swing serves as a source of greater support fortraditional athletic yoga poses, such as warrior pose and triangle pose, and also facilitates upside down inversions, swinging and hanging manoeuvres. The swings are well anchored to enable you to hang completely suspended with safety, or to keep one foot in contact with the floor at any time, so there is no risk of falling or injury.
