- Subject to Fitness First club rules.
- Valid for first time visitors and local residents or expatriates residing in Malaysia, aged 16 years and above only.
- Photo ID is required for entry.
- An appointment must be made in advance for the first visit which must be accompanied by a Fitness First Consultant.
- Valid for 3 days commencing and including the date the voucher is redeemed.
- Not valid with any other offer. Trial pass is for one-time use only and cannot be accumulated. Must be used within 30 days.
- Vouchers that have been photocopied, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
