Line Dance is the perfect way to gently increase your fitness levels week by week. You’ll learn basic line dance steps in time to famous traditional line dancing songs, as well as modern chart topping hits to really lift your energy levels. Line Dance is great for strengthening the muscles in your ankles, calves and legs, while also improving cardio fitness.
Whether you’ve never danced before, or have been line dancing for years, our Line Dance classes are suited to a wide range of skill levels. All of our Line Dance classes are conducted in a fun, supportive and encouraging environment, and are taught by our fully qualified fitness instructors, who are able to show you alternative steps and modifications to make the class more challenging or more easy for you.
