Many people underestimate how important it is to have a strong core. Strong core muscles, which include the abdominals, obliques, and the lower back,, help to stabilise your whole body, not only as you work out, but also as you stand, walk, sit, jump and run in everyday life. A strong core also improves your posture to help you stand taller, and can help reduce the risk of injuries caused by falling over ortearing a muscle, and also helps to give your middle section that firm, toned look that we all strive for!
