A FUNDAMENTAL CLASS TO BUILD STABILiTY AND CALM YOUR MIND

GENTLE FLOW YOGA

We start at the beginning with fundamental yoga poses. In this class, you’ll follow through a carefully curated sequence of poses, with seamless transitions from one pose to another so it feels like you literally ‘flow’ through the class. We’ll show how the poses build upon one another, preparing you to take on more challenging poses later on.

The poses will help you build stability while releasing stress and tension. We’ll show you breathing techniques that will help you create a sense of union between your mind and body. It’s a great class to help you calm your mind, and restore your physical and mental balance. You’ll leave the class with a deep sense of relaxation.

GENTLE FLOW YOGA 30-minute


This session might just be 30 minutes but you still get all the benefits. Release your stress and tension and walk away with a calm mind and deep sense of relaxation.

GENTLE FLOW YOGA 45-minute

Refresh your body and calm your mind with this 45 minutes version of Gentle Flow Yoga. We’ll take you through a slow moving class that uses fundamental yoga poses to build stability and calm your mind. It’s a great class for yoga beginners and anyone who wants to restore their internal balance.
