Kick your system into high gear with this fast-paced, high-intensity workout. In this group workout, we’ll use a combination of body weight and equipment to put you through your paces. You’ll use your body’s natural movement patterns to perform exercises with high repetitions that’ll get your heart rate up and increase your cardio endurance.

We’ll show you how to increase and decrease the complexity and intensity of each movement according to your fitness level and experience. We’ll also pair you up in groups so you’ll inspire and push each other to go harder and farther. You’ll leave the class with better stamina, boosted metabolism and improved heart and lung function.
