LEARN TO BOX AND GAIN FITNESS

Learn the art of boxing with a class that’s designed to get your heart racing. We use traditional techniques and equipment to teach you fundamental striking skills. You’ll master the basics of multiple punching techniques, and we show you how to adjust the complexity and intensity of each move according to what you can handle.

These techniques will not only challenge you in this class but also prepare you for, or enhance your performance, in our Nak Muay, Muay fight and MMA classes. You’ll either shadow box, work with punching bags or spar with a partner. This 60-minute class will leave you with better cardio and functional fitness.
