Designed to improve athleticism with a fast paced, endurance focused 90 minute class which will advance each person's personal practice through a number of highly challenging poses in demanding sequences. Previous participation in Dynamic Flow Yoga is essential as preparation.

If you’ve been taking yoga classes for some time, and feel like you are ready for more of a challenge, then Advanced Flow Yoga is the perfect class for you. The longer class time and more difficult postures mean that this class will provide the ultimate challenge, and continue to build on your strength, flexibility, balance and muscle tone,while taking you to the limits of your endurance all at the same time. It is essential that you have taken Dynamic Flow Yoga for some time prior to trying this class. As always, our experienced teachers are on hand to help you with any difficult postures, provide you with options and get you closer to achieving your goals - whether you’re trying to master a difficult posture you’ve always had trouble with, learning a new inversion, nailing that headstand, or simply being able to fold forward andplace your head on your knees.
