Core Flow Yoga

A form of yoga that emphasizes the core, with the aim of improving spinal integrity and postural support.

What to expect
You’ll be put through the paces in a series of poses that flow from one to another seamlessly as the name suggests. Each pose is repeated several times, with small adjustments in the intensity each time so as to develop a stronger and more stable core.

Your gains
A stronger core means better support for the spine and improved posture. At the same time, you will enjoy better body awareness, which means you’ll have more control and be able to move more efficiently as you go about your daily life. With regular practice, you will also notice improvements to your energy levels.

Who it’s for
The yogi who wants to level up.

HIITX Power

What to expect Fast-paced and explosive, the moves utilize the body’s natural movement patterns and either body or loaded weights. The sessions are short and there will be adequate rest periods, but you will be pushed to your limits and come out on top!

Who it’s for
Want to keep burning calories hours after a workout? This one’s for you.

This series is all about the core and it’s no walk in the park, but the rewards will show and make it worth your while.

Hardcore

What to expect
This class will put multiple muscles to work through wholly integrated movements such as standing, bending, lifting, twisting and strength exercises. In just 30 minutes, you will work towards a leaner, fitter waistline.

Your gains
A stronger core that leads to better balance, mobility and stability, and improved posture. This also helps establish a strong foundation upon which you can continue to increase muscle efficiency and power.

Who it’s for
It can be a total workout on its own, or you can use it to warm up for your own workout or for recovery after heavy training.

Your gains
There’s a long list of benefits: Improved mobility, strength, balance and coordination; enhanced speed, agility and explosive power. Make this part of your regular workout and you will notice yourself getting fitter, recover faster, and be able to work more efficiently.

Who it’s for

Hardcore Overload

What to expect
Engage all your major muscle groups in this full-body, high-intensity workout that alternates jump training with weight resistance. What this does is raise your heart rate and build muscular endurance at the same time. Add compound exercises – that simulate everyday movements and activities, that use several muscles and more than one joint – to that and you’ll use more major muscle groups, enabling you to lift heavier loads.

Your gains
Better strength, coordination, balance and reaction time are part of the benefits you can look forward to. You’ll continue to burn calories long after the workout and improve your cardio, besides promoting the development of bone density as well as stronger ligaments, tendons and cartilage.

Who it’s for
Quicker strength training gains in the minimum amount of time – does this sound ideal to you? Then you’ve found the perfect workout.
