Registration for the online workouts are available on a

first-come-first-served basis, for the first 500 AIA Vitality members.


- AIA Vitality members who successfully registered will receive a login link to the broadcast room prior to the session for participation.

Please bookmark the link, where necessary, and login to the session on the stated day/date/time.


- Only AIA Vitality members who have registered and participated in the full duration of the workout qualify for 100 AIA Vitality points.


- The AIA Vitality points reflected in your AIA Vitality Points Statement within 3 working days after the webinar.

The points earned will count towards the Weekly Challenge target points for the week that the workout session is completed.


- Only one physical activity will be awarded AIA Vitality Points per day. If an AIA Vitality member has completed more than one physical activity,

AIA Vitality will capture the activity with the highest AIA Vitality points, maximum 100 points a day.


- Do consult your doctor before starting any exercise regime, and practice caution when exercising. Remember, safety first!


- By registering for the workout and participating in it, you agree that you are performing the workout at your own risk.
