My body weight has been like a “yoyo”, partly due to my passion for food and not working out regularly. If one has a weight problem, I would like to stress not keep this to oneself. It is good to openly discuss with a professional consultant who will be able to recommend the best course of action – an exercise programme and change of diet.

I decided to take control of my weight, so in February I enrolled as a member at Fitness First Menara Axis. I tried out my two complimentary Personal Training sessions with Feizan, which he walked me through and thought me what was required to kick start my work out at the club. He encouraged me to do early morning workouts because it was the best time to burn calories. I have made it a daily routine now. I start off with treadmill then stepper followed by yoga and RPM™.

Two months later in April, I decided to sign up for Personal Training sessions with Feizan. Twice a week, I have to go through strenuous training he designed for me to achieve my fitness goals.

Losing weight is not easy, as it required lots of self-discipline and self-control on food choices which I used to enjoy most. I must be patient with my body because I know it would not change overnight. I pushed myself hard and never gave up. Feizan always reminded me that I can lose weight, but time and patience is required.

Whenever I felt exhausted or lazy, I will call Feizan and he is always there to encourage and remind me on the importance of working out. With his guidance and motivation, I lost 8 kgs in 4 months. I feel exhilarated whenever I get compliments from friends, colleagues and family. Now, I have confidence in how I look and feel. My stamina and fitness level increased as well. I enjoy every single training session with him for he is patient, jovial and understanding. I am his result.

Feizan, I would like to say ‘thank you’ because I have more self confidence now as I feel attractive and I am glad to have you as a Personal Trainer and a friend. Those who want to be healthy and at the same time to lose weight, I recommend that you sign up Personal Training sessions with Feizan for his strong commitment and experience.
