I would like to express my appreciation to Cass for helping me get back into peak physical condition. When I joined Fitness First I was very lethargic with a "beer belly" stomach, was physically unfit and had poor stamina.
When I first started, I was assigned to Cass to go through my two complimentary POWERPACK sessions. I was impressed by her enthusiasm and professionalism that I signed up for Personal Training sessions with her. I was very happy with the results after training with Cass and I decided to continue to take up another Personal Training package with her.
By diligently following the programme that she designed for me, I have shown significant improvements in:
- Cardiovascular fitness (stamina and energy improvement).
- Body shape - very happy with main muscle strength and my beer belly is almost gone (working on abs now and looking younger).
- Body ratios - back to ideal weight/height ratio in which my body fat ratio has gone down from 20.2% to 17.8%, fat mass has reduced from 12kg to 10kg, muscle to bone ratio has increased up from 47.6 to 49.2, impredance levels fropped from 516 to 473 (which meant I slept better) and totaly body water up from 34kg to 36kg.
- Lower back pain gone - excercises designed to strengthen the muscles were effective.
Cass uses the right amount of encouragement and push to motivate me to achieve my workout goals. She is always prepared to listen and adjust the training programme to suit my abilities. She puts safety first which is very important to me as I am already over 50 years old.
Thanks to Cass for effectively transforming my body back to what it was like in my 30s. My stamina and energy level have improved significantly. I have no hesitation in recommending Cass Lim to anyone (male of female) as their personal trainer. |
