Iskandar and I worked together for 5 – 6 months, and the results were visible. By July 2008, I had lost about 14kgs from the day I first joined the gym. I considered Iskandar’s advice as valuable guidance and religiously followed it. Over time, I saw the results. Today, my weight is around 71.5kgs. Everyone who I met recently after a long time was surprised at my change.
By being fit, one not only increases his chances of living longer, but also significantly improves the quality of his professional and social life. I am experiencing the exact same thing. I would like to quote one line which I had once seen in the gym: “The pain is forgotten and the results are remembered.” Now my ambitions have increased. I am thinking of taking up boxing. I want to make working out a habit.
Thanks to Fitness First and its personal trainers for creating opportunities and giving hope to people like me. Thanks to Iskandar for being there with me all throughout my journey.
