Fitness First. The world's largest fitness provider helps contestants LOSE BIG on and off set of The Biggest Loser Asia
SINGAPORE, December 14 2010 - Once again, Fitness First joins The Biggest Loser Asia series as the anchor sponsor and provider of weight loss methodology for the contestants, delivered by top Fitness First trainers Dave Nuku and Kristy Curtis.
Filming on-location for the reality TV show ended in the 2nd week of October, following which contestants returned to the ‘real world’ without 24/7 guidance from Biggest Loser Asia trainers Dave and Kristy. Upon returning to their respective home countries, they continued to train at Fitness First right up to the finale. The entire weight loss programme designed for The Biggest Loser Asia is based on the Fitness First methodology. Fitness First’s involvement extends beyond the show and into the real life as we continue to help all the contestants stay on their life changing mission even after being voted off the show.
The show presented Fitness First programmes and services, also experienced by members, such as the popular Lose Big Programme, Lose It! Programme (coming soon), Operation Shape Up and Fitness Fix. These programmes and services will give the contestants a unique, fun and effective way to shed their weight in the duration of the competition.
Viveganandam ‘Raj’ Deveraj - 24 years old home-grown Business Marketing graduate from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, won the title of The Biggest Loser Asia today after a dramatic weigh-in session at the grand finale of season two. Entering the show at 144kg, Raj has brought his weight down to 77kg, losing an astonishing 67kg.
