  Yoga
Revitalise the whole body and mind with this ancient discipline. Controlled breathing techniques and stretching postures are held to ease muscle tension, stress and increase flexibility. Relaxation included.
 
  Pilates
This mat-based Pilates class works the core muscles of the body, including the deeper muscles of the abdominals, the back, buttocks and shoulder blades. The Pilates exercises stretch and strengthen your muscles in a non-impact and controlled manner.

  Tai Chi
This ancient art will develop your internal energy or chi. Slow graceful movements will improve posture, mobilize joints and increase flexibility.
 
  Power Yoga
Power yoga uses a rigorous sequence of flowing, fast-moving poses to improve coordination and flexibility. You will build stability, strength and stamina as we introduce balance poses, inversions and back bends.

  Hatha Yoga
A form of yoga that teaches techniques related to the physical control of the body. With its emphasis on body postures (asana) and movements that include stretching and holding, hatha yoga also incorporates breathing exercises (pranayama). Hatha yoga is generally described as the mother of all yoga styles, with other styles based on the same system, but with each bringing in their own, slightly different emphasis

  Yogalates
A movement system that combines yoga and pilates. Yogalates is a strenuous technique that involves the stretching and strengthening of all the body's major muscle groups, creating a slender, streamlined shape rather than bulk. It enhances posture with its main focus being to strengthen the core postural muscles where the abdominal, lower back, pelvic floor and buttock muscles meet.
 
  Fit Ball Core
Designed to focus on core strength and increasing your lean muscle mass. It will also shape and tone major muscles in your body.
 
  Hi Lo
Challenging class using a combination of high and low impact moves. This class will improve your fitness level and burn calories, thus helping you to lose body fat.

Popular fat burning class using simple choreographed combinations and routines using adjustable platforms
to increase intensity. A good place to start working
with choreography.
 
  BLT
Bums, Legs & Thighs. FIRM UP! Get the lean, toned body you’ve always wanted in this fun but challenging workout. Every muscle in your body is put to the test, but any level can participate. This class improves muscular strength, tone, and definition with hand held weights.
 
  Ballroom Dancing
Ballroom dancing implies two people dancing together with one leading or deciding what steps the couple will do and the other one following. Ballroom dancing focuses on six dances in particular, although there are a number of other dances commonly taught in ballroom dance studios.
 
  Line Dacing
A dance in which individuals line up without partners and follow a choreographed pattern of steps to music. In a small group there may be only one line, but usually there are several parallel lines, one behind the other. You will often weave in and out, exchanging places, or dance up to each other, and make momentary contact, such as a hand clap, or a swing.
 
  Line Dance Funk
A variation of line dancing with the usage of the latest hits.
 
  Belly Dancing
Get the blood moving with an invigorating total body warm-up. Easy movements, drawn from Middle Eastern Dance, will inspire (and work) your heart and body. Variations will be shown to help accommodate your desired level of impact and cardiovascular challenge. Your whole outlook will change when you shake, shimmy, and undulate.

For all the dancers in us! Come enjoy an exhilarating cardiovascular challenge that incorporates fun, easy to follow dance moves with some of your favourite music.
 
  Wushu
A style of martial arts incorporates stunning aerial & tumbling techniques. Graceful & precise movements will increase strength and flexibility, stronger bones and joints, increased stamina energy, better co-ordination and balance, and weight loss.
