BODYVIVE™ is a low impact 55-minute group exercise class which is suitable for all participants and as such, it is a perfect entry level class!
Using BODYVIVE™ balls and resistance tubes, it integrates aerobic exercise for heart fitness, resistance training for strength and stability, stretching as well as mobility work. You are guided step-by-step through the entire class by a skilled instructor while listening to uplifting and inspiring music. Best of all, you will finish feeling thoroughly rejuvenated and fizzing with energy! |

What do I need to bring?
Bring water and a towel. Wear comfortable clothing! Turn up with the desire to get active and have some fun. Friends are highly recommended!
How fit do I need to be to do BODYVIVE™ ?
First-timers do not need to be fit-just physically active and able to move freely.
How often should people do BODYVIVE™ ?
There is no prescribed frequency. We suggest three times a week, in conjunction with other physical activities.
