Fitness First Menara Summit is a 18,200 sq ft club which encompasses a mega group exercise studio which can accommodate more than 60 members, luxurious locker rooms with shower amenities, male and female steam & sauna facilities, an array of over 80 state-of-the-art cardiovascular machines, a complete range of free weights and resistance equipment and a cozy member's lounge. In addition to that, Fitness First Summit also has a Cosmic RPM studio and a 1:1 Personal Training Centre.
