Fitness First IOI Mall is approximately 24,000 sq ft in size and is located on the ground floor of IOI Mall, Puchong for easy access.
Fitness First IOI Mall is the first fitness club in Malaysia to introduce CARDIO WAVE™, the latest machine bringing users to a new cardio era. Upgraded from a stepper and elliptical, CARDIO WAVE™ is a revolutionary machine for cardiovascular workouts that effectively provides high calorie burn and considerable muscle toning all at the same time.
Besides providing 7 CARDIO WAVE™ machines, the club also has over 70 pieces of equipment consisting of treadmills, steppers, ellipticals and bikes, which are placed in the main cardio area. All cardio equipment are equipped with an audio and visual entertainment system to enable members to catch their favourite television programs or music offered, while working out. In addition to this, Fitness First IOI Mall has over 85 strength machines, free weights and stretch machines for muscle toning, increasing muscle size and strength as well as metabolic rate.
There are four group exercise studios in total, namely the Main studio, Studio 2, Mind and Body studio specially catered for BODYBALANCE®, Yoga and Pilates classes as well as Cosmic Cycling studio. With the four studios, members can select from over 400 classes a month!
