Phase 1: Orientation Week
The getting-to-know-you phase. We’ll set your preferred pace and empower you with the knowledge to make informed decisions on exercise and nutrition.

Phase 2: Foundation
Next, we move on to a simple exercise format which includes cardiovascular exercise, strength training and flexibility.

Phase 3: Dynamic
At this stage, you will feel and see the positive difference as your body becomes more flexible. You will be able to step up the pace and work towards a toned physique.

Phase 4: Take Control
By now, you would have Cut the Fat and learned how to plan your own workout with your instructor.
